Worried need advice:
Today I found out that at my u/s last week everything wasn't as fine as they said. My doc reviewed the ultrasound and had the nurse call to tell me that I need a repeat but that they won't do it for 6-8 more weeks. Nurse said I have a low lying placenta and that they couldn't see the baby's heart that well so they want to do another to see if the heart is ok and placenta has moved off my cervix. 6-8 weeks seems so long to make me wait to know if everything is ok especially because I've miscarried twice previously. Have any of you ladies experienced this and if so what was the outcome also do any of you suggest I do something like find a new doc or go somewhere to have them check the baby's well being sooner.

Do you feel your baby moving yet? I would definitely go in for an ultrasound right away maybe you can go to that er .early on when I was 12 weeks I was spotting I called my OB's office and they told me to come in the same day did an ultrasound just to check if the baby still has a heartbeat literally took less than 2 minutes .but it put my mind at ease
You could maybe check into a place that does 3d/4d? Maybe they could help I no that you have to go somewhere other then your doctors office though an prob pay outa pocket
I currently have a low placenta that is completely covering my uterus. Everything will be fine just keep Faith and pray. I will have to have my baby at 36 weeks via c section
I'm sorry you are going through this. I don't think you should have to wait 6-8 weeks. That is a lot of stress to have to endure during this precious time.
