How come they say it's not safe to dye your hair when your pregnant?

You can at 24 to 25 weeks

It's fine. just make sure you are in a well ventilated area. only thing I don't do while pregnant is bleach my hair but some women do.

Yeah I do both bleach an dye makes the color come out brighter but I haven't since I been pregnant tho I been keeping these braids in my hair @junebaby

It's safe I've been getting my hair colored my whole pregnancy.and my hairdresser and a few other women that work in her salon work throughout their whole pregnancies.and their babies are perfectly healthy.

I have gotten my hair done my hairstylist said tits fine. I think if your getting your whole head dyed maybe not cause it's in contact with the skin but that's just my opinion but if your going highlights or like ombré or something it should be good and also be in a ventilated area

I dye my hair myself when I do my hair .. I always use the splat hair dye kit
