I feel awkward my MIL has told me she is throwing a shower for the baby but it's only going to be her friends and that my husband and mother can come. I'm really hoping my husband and mother can show because I'm going to have some serious social anxiety in a house full of strangers. Time to start working on my relaxation techniques last thing I need is start having panic attacks again! 🙍🏿 Biting my nails over here...

Probably won't be as bad as I'm thinking...I've been really anxious this pregnancy and overreacting a lot so I'm trying to stay level headed! It's so hard with all these hormones!
