I'm just going to play it safe and continue as a non smoker. I've been smoke free for 5 months now. I quit the day I found out but I still crave one quite a bit every once in a while.

True it's not the best, but quiting cold turkey is too stressful for your body and could actually cause a miscarriage for some ladies. So I say either slowly cut down on your cigarettes or try that, I don't know anything about them though. @sabrina2096

I have used one before with my son and he came out fine and I'm using it with this one my doctor said no nicotine is ok but there's always positive and negatives to everything.....good luck on quiting though :)
