When I was pregnant with my DD I used to feel twitches. When she was born she would do the same exact twitch motion in her sleep. My DH also has the same twitch when he sleeps...so she got it from her dad :)

Think about when you wake up in the morning and have that first good shakey stretch! lol, that's what my doctor said it probably is
