This was my first time and I was nervous also. When they told me it was time to push I started shivering cause I was so nervous. Once you get the first couple of pushes in you'll be fine.
It's ok to be nervous. This is my third baby and I ask my self.... "Why the hell did you get pregnant again? Do you really want to go through labor agin? Don't you remember how much pain you were in?" Yes... But all the pain in the world is nothing compared to that beautiful baby as the end result.

Awwww it's not that bad 😉 jk it's intense but beautiful... Just be positive and remember the pain in temporary ☺️
