pump for about 5-10 mins after baby is done eating to tell your body you need to make more milk. it'll take a little while for your body to adjust but it'll happen.

I usually pump 4 to 6 ounces a breast at a time. and I was told that's pretty good since my son is almost two weeks old

Gatorade helps me with my supply. the glacier freeze one. i drink that and water and nit much else. and yes pumping in between helps. I usually pump 3 times after my girl goes to sleep so I don't lose the feeding. try to stick with it! I know it's rough.

no, pump for about 15 mins. and massage your breasts and use a heating pad before and during your pumping sessions.
