I didn't like it. mine were 2 hours long and they basically just made us do group exercises that had nothing to do with pregnancy...then our actual exams only lasted like 5 minutes. ugh, it pissed me off. if its your first baby, I think your appointments should definitely be a lot more personal. but then again, I'm not a people person, soooo. lol

my mom went with me to mine, and she's a people person! lol but they made us pair up with different people every time and everything, so I hated that. made my anxiety go through the roof. lol can you get out of it? I mentioned it to my Dr last time and she got me out of the group appointments.

Oh really?? You think I could just cancel it? And maybe I'll just talk to my dr at my next appointment. Bcus it makes me have anxiety too! I hate being around people I don't know! I get very quiet and it's all bad haha. I can't speak in front of people either! 😂😂 @jennakaaate

yeah just bring it up to your ob! :) if I were you I'd just go to this first one so you don't have to make a later appt. but just tell ur ob you're not a people person and they'll get u back to regular appointments!
