8 healthy crock pot meals (7 to freeze and one for dinner tonight) prepared and cleaned up in less than two hours (would have taken less but I have a newborn so I was limited to one hand at times). I feel accomplished and am soooo looking forward to not cooking every night!

22 weeks today ! 18 more to go !! Can't believe in less than a month, I'll be down to double digits !!
