Are you getting enough sleep? I find that I end up with a headache if I don't get enough, and a nap always makes it go away. If that doesn't work, maybe you aren't getting enough protein. That's how it is for me, anyway.

Ot it could be allergies!

Were you a caffeine drinker?

@imstillhungry, I feel like I sleep enough obviously it's broken up with bathroom breaks... lol... I'll definitely try to increase my protein. I didn't know that could cause... nd in Florida I think everyone has allergies!! lol... really appreciate ur answers!! have a fabulous day!! 😊

@sassymccrum, yes. but I haven't given it up either. I drink one soda a day, a juice, and water there after. But use to drink one soda and one energy drink per day and then water the rest of the day...

Hmmm I'm not sure but that was the biggest cause of my headaches! I've found that one small cup of coffee or a caffeinated tea really help me a lot!

I've been suffering if horrible headaches everyday for the past 3 weeks sling w horrible dizziness. 😢 might go to the ER today.
