I did the gum it helped for a few then stopped so I did unisom with b6 for my last pregnancy but for my other 3 I had to tough it out I didn't take anything 😧 I was so sick 4-20weeks and still throughout the pregnancy I had to watch what triggered my nausea and throwing up
