So i don't know if i want to breastfeed or bottle feed. I'm stuck between the two, i hear breastfeeding is better but something about that makes mee uncomfortable. Can somebody give mee some advice.

I'm having the same problem! but I'm gonna try breastfeeding but if she doesn't take it then I'm just gonna bottle feed! I bought bottles just in case!

Its normal to feel uncomfortable. im all for it , and love the bond I have with my son. My mom (has a 1 year old) said she refused to because she feels like its not right, but regrets it now because he was sick so much when she did formula with ear infections and colds, and I wasnt when I was born.

You can always try breastfeeding or pumping. There's always the option to formula feed if breastfeeding doesn't work out.

Tbh i hated the thought of letting a baby suck on my tit but i knew that its way healthier and there is less of a chance of my baby getting sick! And its really helps you lose weight! It does kinda hurt at first but after a few weeks you cant even tell they are there. I plan on breastfeeding to atleast 6months them transfer her to sippy cups and food

Breastfeeding is recommended because the baby will gain immunities through you that he won't be able to get through a vaccination and the only other way to get them is catching the sickness. Also breastfeeding creates a bond and helps you to not only lose weight but reduces the risk of several different cancers. (Don't remember which ones at the moment) not everyone can breast feed but it doesn't hurt to try. If you don't like it you don't have to continue but if you can the try to stick it out at least the first month when it is the most important :)

I'm in the same boat!! I'm definitely going to try it out and if it doesn't work then I'm switching to bottle

@jaedynsmommy, I thought the same thing and my 1st son I didn't bf and I kind of regret it, but they kept him away from me for 24hrs for antibiotics bcuz I had a fever and he had nipple confusion. this baby I wasn't even going to try but she is a preemie so I pump and they bottle or tube feed her at the hospital.
