During labor I dilated to 7cm I was fully effaced and my baby was station one. I literally felt my pelvis pushing apart! The thing that killed my hopes at a natural birth was that I've had an unfavorable cervix. It was damaged and didn't really cooperate at all. The only reason I got to 7cm is I had a catheter. Long story short I cry that my baby was by csection. He's my first and last and I wanted a natural birth.

@queenquee, my body isn't really "designed" for pregnancy. I was told 20 weeks wasn't gonna happen it wasn't a reality. I passed it but once I hit 22 weeks that same day I went into labor. They stopped it and at 27 weeks it happened again. I was on strict bedrest I never left my bed. I had to go to the doctor three times a week to be monitored. The day I hit 37 weeks they cut me lose. He wasn't surviving in me my body had given up on the pregnancy. Basically if I tried again it's my life or the fetus on the line
