Any ideas of what to do with a baby who has acid reflux really bad and on medication but still…

My son has that. Nothing really U can do. I Even hold him up for 30 min after each feeding. Doc said it goes away on its own

ugh it sucks :( @mmmirage she throws up all day and her doctor isnt happy with her weight shes on the 10th percentile.

@jadasmommy93, she has medicine but it doesnt seem to work she takes it twice a day.

yea its probably the same one then cus she takes it twice a day as well it took like two weeks for it to start working on top of sprinkling cereal in her milk because just milk would make it worst

yes the doctor told me to puta teaspoon in her milk then WIC tells me no it could make it worse im just like omg what should I do?? her doctor is sending her to a GI doctor when she turns 4 months if she still not gaining weight properly she says it could probably be another underlying issue because she has been on the medication since she was 3 weeks and its not really working shes taking Ranitidine. @jadasmommy93

@charisma_shay, omg im sorry :( see adam throws up after every feed but cries for more and his weight is fine . I think that's why the doctor isn't too concerned . Did they try Zantac yet??

@charisma_shay, ok that's the same thing pretty much. My doc said it can take up to 5-6 months. How old is she now

@mommyofaking, raniditine is zantac and @charisma_shay yep that's what my daughter takes use the cereal like Dr suggested see if it helps if not then stop use you can even try soy milk
