this whole time I just realized I was in an abusive relationship. even though he never hit me physically , I was still suffering . the names , feeling like I wasn't enough and just a lot other stuff just makes me feel like a complete idiot. especially when you spent some much time invested into one person. it's not easy to just go or stop loving someone . it's hard. especially when you have kids involved . I just don't understand why I never can be happy . I feel so ugly , low , and worthless right now. idk what to think anymore 😢😢

Don't let him make you feel like that ! That's exactly what people like that want .. They want to make you feel like you will never get anyone better then them when there a POS themselves.... No woman should have to feel like there less then anyone else ... Iv been threw a similar situation a few years ago... And trust me chances are you are WAY better then him and could do WAY better . Men talk down to woman and try and make them feel less cause they know if you knew your worth you would leave here ass! Stay strong your beautiful !!!

it's just so hard . especially when it gets done right in your face . I was going to leave but he lied and said we would just be civil and I just paid the rent again and every since then now I feel stuck because he's parading what's he's doing in my face

I know how U feel because I was in an abusjve relationship. Honestly what helped me was thinking abt my child. I don't want him to suffer like I am. Your significant other is only talking like that because he prob had a bad past himself. He seems unhappy with himself to why he's making U feel that way, Ur way better than that. Easier said than done but i none ear, out the other. Be strong girl. I'm here if u wana vent out because I know how painful it is. I had it emotionally and physically

I've been through something similar hun and trust me you are not worthless or ugly. Piece of sh*t boys (not a man) say things like that to mess with your head and try to make you think you can't get better. He knows he doesn't deserve you. I had a son with my ex that I was with for 10 years (my child is 7 now) and honestly leaving him was the Best thing I've ever done for myself and my child.(it's been 3 years now) I couldn't be more happier. Know what you're worth and what you deserve sweetie.
