@hopefaithnlove, there are basically 2 disks that look like breast pads! Inside each disk as gel beads. You either freeze them. Or heat them up. Then place it on your breasts either just laying down or they fit well in a nursing bra. And the point of them it to help with sore breasts. Engorgement. Mastitis. And clogged ducts! Like typically if you get a clogged duct you would want to put a hot cloth on it. And then massage it. These are sort of the same concept. My parents joke around tho and ask if I bough them so my baby can have cold milk! 😊

@hopefaithnlove, also. If you want to pump. You're supposed to be able to make them warm. Then place it on the inside of your breast pump then put the pump on and it's supposed to reduce pumping time as well!
