Probably ligament pain. I still get it and it hurts so bad I cry.

@junebaby, it sure does hurt. I mean I makes getting up a lot harder and certain other positions. It suck though when baby is like right there too.

yes it does and even worse when you have a contraction with it.

@junebaby, I haven't really felt contractions. occasionally cramping on my sides, but nothing that doesn't go away after I move around. My menstrual cramps usually go from the lower sides of my stomach to my hips and legs, I'm afraid that actual labor is gonna be horrific.

the ligament pains are totally different from the labor pains. Both hurt but the labor pains are like bad period cramps.

@junebaby, Yeah I've heard, it makes me nervous this is my first and I'm not sure what to expect. I'm actually more afraid I won't know I'm in labor.

you'll do just fine. it's always scary with your first. just watch for tightening of your stomach that comes every 5 minutes. some women have severe pain in early labor. I had no pain with 3 of my 4 until they broke my water. you'll feel the contacting though painful or not.b

I'm 30 weeks and was having contractions didn't even know it felt some they were painful and felt like baby was balling up in my lower tummy went to the Dr they thought I was lying until they actually hooked me up and realized I was having contractions
