like the worst period cramps you could ever imagine.

mines were horrible I went from 2cm day before to 7cm then 9.5 45 mins later, so they were really intense, and mines didn't feel like cramps at all, I can't even describe what they felt like...

I never had the poop feeling until after my water broke and she was ready to come lol

Mine felt like period cramps. and I felt them all across the bottom of my stomach

mine were so bad they feel like super bad cramps its like lightning lol. im such a whimp i got the ep at 4cm

It's like, everywhere. If that makes sense? It's all over your abdomen/pelvic. I don't really remember it being in a certain spot..just everywhere. They really aren't THAT bad because of the fact that they only last a minute or so then you're fine for a few mins and the pain is gone until the next one. The feeling of pressure and having to poop is the baby trying to come out though.
