around Belleville , Ontario . this guy followed a woman and her children in walmart and said "Oh these kids are just getting on my nerves" saying it jokingly. the mom jokingly said "that's their job" but had an instinct he was a weirdo . he then reached out and rubbed one kids head "so you trying to get rid of them?". yaddah yaddah... he was then found wondering in McDonald's parking lot. becareful, call the police if someone does this. don't take it lightly.
