pregnancy challenge day 3. how did I find out?

well my husband and I were trying to get pregnant for a while. so my Dr started me on a med called clomid to get things going. but it had already been two cycles of that so I was getting kind of discurriged. but anyway. I had and appointment to get a tattoo so I told a pregnancy test and it came back negative so I went a head and got my tattoo. the next day I started feeling really bad didn't think anything of it. but then I started getting more stranger symptoms. nausea and I could smell stuff I could not normally. I told my aunt about what was going on she told me to take a pregnancy test so excacly four days after I got my tattoo I woke up to use the bathroom at four in the morning. I took my pregnancy test. def did not expect a positive but it was and I balled like a baby because I was so so happy!!!!
