Ask for an Rx for proctofoam! I got it after I delivered so idk about using it while pregnant but I'm sure it's fine. It's the only thing that works!

Tucks pads (witch hazel) help.

I agree with @_akgirl I never got one but my mom and aunt swear by witch hazel

I got cream from my doctor and cut cotton rounds in half and soaked them in witch hazel and stuck one in between the check after every poop

The tucks pads only have like 30% witch hazel. Get it in a bottle and soak cotton rounds with it to get full effect!

yes I have bad ones. tucks pads, preperation h, lots of water and stool softners is about all you can do.
