Pretty sure part of my mucus plug has came out today.. 28 weeks. Already have been to the doctor about a week and a half ago because I was having actual contractions due to being in an almost car crash. ADVICE??

If there is any bleeding or 3 or more contractions in a hour contact your Doctor or go to the hospital immediately

you should be fine. mucus plug can regenerate its self and isn't an indicator of labor

I wouldn't worry unless there is bleeding or you start contracting. Then I'd head to L&D just to get checked out.
