I have a fast let down and my baby spits up after I feed her because shes drinking the milk too fast…

Awwww what position are you in when you feed? Maybe take a break during feeding to burp? I know when I'm laying in bed and feed her she spits up but if I'm sitting holding her and feeding then burp her she's good

That's how mine was but he learned to keep up a little better

@ginag918, I usually sit propped up on a bunch of pillows and feed her in the foot ball hold. She only feeds for 5mins at a time (prob because my milk comes down so fast) and I burp her in between. So feed for 5 mins, burp her, feed for 5 mins, burp her etc. this goes on and when I burp her she throws up

Maybe you're moving her around too much after the feeding???
