At first they felt like period cramps just sharper and they would go away for about 5 minutes and come back for a minute. But once my water broke a got an extremely sharp shooting pain. then they felt nothing like period cramps. i could feel my stomach muscles get reallllllly tight, with a very bad pain. they were 15x worse then period cramps.

what did your contractions feel like? im cramping but I'm not sure if they are contractions

my mucus plug it took me about 3-4 weeks my I saw my bloody show at 39+3 at around 5 at night and I started to get contractions around 8. then I went to the hospital and they said they werent ready to admit me but I could stay the night if I wanted to but I went home and at about 6 o'clock the next morning my water broke. I was 39+4 & delivered the same day

yes :) I called my doctor and he said its normal just means my cervix is opening up. I have an appointment to see him tomorrow. I've never been so excited to go threw so much pain. :) @iloveni0820

was there any mucus ? like kind of creamy and clear with blood.
