How long do you pump for?

I pump for 20 mins straight a session I'm trying to get in the habit of pumping like four times a day n storing it right now I pump n give it to her when I don't feel like her being on the boob or when we out with her dad cuz he don't like me just popping out a boob even tho I'm covered lol smh

@ginag918, yea I'm trying to get her used to bottles so I can have a little break every now and then. do you pump both breast for a total of 20mins or 20 mins each breast? Also, do you have a set schedule of when you pump the 4 x's a day? When do you offer her the breast? in between pumping?

yeah I double pump. really until I can tell their empty. so more along the line of 15 min.

20 mins both Breast, and I try to start early lke after her 8 am feed I wait bout an hour or so then pump for 20 mins or I stay on long enough to get at least 2 oz from each Breast since I try to give her at least 3 oz at each feeding if I'm doing bottle so I try to be finished with the pumping by mid afternoon
