My doctors don't tell me nothing! I'm 38 weeks all they do is listen to the heartbeat and measure my stomach and send me home. And while I'm there I always forget to ask things I want to know and remember a day later 😒 I have no idea what my baby's weight is and if I didn't ask if he was head down last week they wouldn't even have checked. Is it because I have Medicaid?? That they don't do as much as they would if I had my own insurance? I do but I'm not the primary recipient on the policy so maternity care isn't covered which is why I had to get Medicaid.

have you had a soon lately? usually you'll see the weight on the screen and where they check the heartbeat can give you an idea of the position.
It just depends on the doctor...lucky this time I got blessed with amaazing doctors...I think they big me more than I bug them lol...but yeah girl if they don't give u answers u make them give u answers!
Oh ok.. Idk I'm a FTM and feel like they should be doing more. But oh well we're healthy so I guess that's good enough
I have bcbs insurance and it's no different. If I ask questions though they usually are good about explaining things. Otherwise it's in and out in 5.
I also have medicade . And I kind of felt that way to I get the hurry up and be done feeling but I just corner my OB and ask her tons of questions .

no my doctor does the same. it's pretty much in and out.
That's good enough.. I just knew where to look from going with my cousin.. as long as the baby's fine, don't worry abt weight or heartbeat comparisons. you'll go crazy@babymercado
