not at all... your mother regardless you carried that baby 9 months and had to go through surgery and have a scar that will forever prove that you are mother and love your child!
it doesn't make you half of a mother, in fact I think c section mommies deserve a lot of respect because it can be scary having to go through that.. anything can happen while being in labor & even though most mom's don't want to have a c section they have to in order to save their baby. it's a sacrifice you had to make to save your babies life so don't listen to them!

I just had a C section yesterday and no! it does not make you less of a mother. birth is hurt. we went through surgery to see our babies :)
