I think I'm more concerned with being a good step mom than I am a good mom to my own kids. I think I do a good job with my own bit my step son pushes my buttons and my husband undermines me. no punishment works on this boy. breaks my heart bc he has so much potential. he's the only child at his mom's and is neglected by her by not hardly seeing him. I'm just at a loss for words. I just don't know what to do. I can't help this sweet innocent child. I try so hard it causing a lot of pain and anger for me.
