that's exactly how my body looked when I was pregnant with my son ... this one I'm all belly too but I'm having a girl... but I got the symptoms I never had with my boy (nausea,fatigue)

They say if your low it's a boy and you look low.. I have a perfect round stomach ( from what I've been told lol) and I'm having a boy.. Good luck mommy ❤️
