I have a really bad headache only on my left side of my head to my eye and cheek. Not sure why my head hurts this bad...…

Honestly sleep will be very beneficial when you're battling a migraine. I would go into a dark room with complete silence and place a cold rag on your forehead. Are you drinking enough water? How much tylenol are you taking? @aprilcgutkopf

Try caffeine get a coke... Seriously I was having that some problem and someone on preggie told me drink something with caffeine... I went brought a coke and I swear it went away... Now anytime I get a headache like that I drink a coke

Ok thank you @jenkobe8348 that might be it bc I have been drinking so much ice coffee and Mountain Dew this past week but haven't had any today. I will try that. And @prettyyellow it might be I haven't been drinking much water, I will try that and try laying down in a dark room with a wet washcloth. Thank you!
