Not going to be able to sleep tonight after my BFP with #1! How soon did you all tell your parents/immediate fam and close friends? I understand the risk the miscarriage is high for first pregnancies in the first trimester but if something goes wrong, I want my inner circle support system to be there, ya know? Thoughts?

I waited 3 months to tell my family about my second pregnancy because of my first one ending soon. Your story will probably be different from mine so I would tell them whenever I want to if I were you.

I waited till 18 weeks when I found out the sex. Don't plan for a miscarriage! You need to plan for a baby. Keep positive and know in your heart that he or she is a part of your world no matter what now. Hold onto them like they're already there. It's what gets you through this time.
