Any mommies out there recommend a pp binder or girdle for the tummy?? The one they gave me at the hospital is all loose and not tight anymore. I really feel like I need something tighter because my c section incision is pulling and pinching.

It's pricy but I got a mamastrut. I haven't tried it but you need to look into it. They look amazing for everywhere support. I know that it is to be used directly after but I think you could still benefit from it. You can actually call them an talk directly to someone if you want more info
