I don't really think you can rate labor pains. my labor went by fast once I got over 5 cm and I didn't get the epidural I only pushed for 35 min. you can do it! and just a tip if you feel like you can't push when your on your back I highly recommend your hands and knees it was super easy for me. I wish you luck!! 😊

Everyone is different. IV pain medication in my opinion suck. They just make you feel loopy and don't help much with the pain. I'd go straight for the epidural if you need something. You'll feel tons of pressure like you need to poop. That usually means it's time to push. Contractions suck and even worse with pitocin but you will be just fine. Good luck.

I had all mime natural no medicine and omg was it a bitch ? yes it was. pushing is easy. contractions is what's bad. But you got this you can do it 😄

since your being induced with pitocin its going to suck really bad and be harder to do it natural. its very possible but it will be hard. walking helps labor pains SO much

definitely go straight for epi and not iv pain meds if you have to like @junebaby said. that's what I did and I remember everything so clearly because I wasn't doped out on iv med. the epi is just a spinal block and doesn't affect your mind.

the epidural doesn't affect the baby either.

I was induced the epidural was heaven sent lol and pushing was exhausting for me I pushed over an hour. but I'm glad I got the epi I got to take a nap it was nice not having to feel the contractions cause they are no joke
