I showed up at 8pm. I was 1 cm. they used to pill. I started having contractions. I don't remember everything but they started me on pitocin and bad to stop bc I was laboring on my own and I had my baby at 642. am. and pushed for less than 30 min. I went from 6 then like an hour later I was 10.

I was induced around midnight because I wasn't dilated, so it takes about 12 hours out of those 12 hours you can't go potty for 2 hours, so anyways we waited and my contractions got more active then before, so they came in to check me and nothing still, so the doctor's told me we can retry later, that they gonna let me sleep. so later that day I got up to go potty and I got a really sharp pain in my tummy and my boyfriend called the nurse, she didn't say nothing but she put these breathing machine on me and called the doctor's my son was having trouble breathing, so the last thing they could do was to do an emergency C-section, and omg that was the most scariest experience I've ever been through. So they take me in right away, once you go in the room it's freezing cold! Then they bend you over to inject you so you won't feel your lower body. once they did that I and I couldn't feel my body I started to freak out, so they had to call my boyfriend in right away because my heart was racing away to fast for them to continue. So my boyfriend class me down and they put they little curtain so that you won't see what's going on. So they cut me open but I didn't feel it, but what I did feel was their hands moving inside my tummy and I started to panic again but the next thing I know I hear my son crying♡ it was like music to my ears, I would do it all over just for him. it was a bittersweet experience♡♡♡ but the recovery is a bitch to deal with.

I was induced so I went in and started around midnight. The cervadil worked so good I couldn't get a second pill my contractions were full blown. around 8-9 am the started pitocin and I was 75% effaced and 1 cm. I finally.got the epidural around 11 and then they broke my water around 12ish, still at a 1. by 3 pm I was a 4 and felt nothing lol! By around 4:45ish I felt weird pressure, boom I was a 9. 15 minutes later I hit 10 and needed to push!! 3 hours of pushing, having to change positions alot because her heart rate kept dropping and then saying you have to push her out now because of her heart and getting a small cut and then she was out, her heart rate kept dropping because the cord was wrapped around her neck we found out. my wasn't to terrible

He's been checking me since 36 weeks and I've been a fingertip since 37 weeks. he refuses to induce me before a week after my due date because she's still high and it will more than likely end in a c section. I hope it works out for you ! my due date was the 31st.

I was induced because my baby failed the non stress test...I was not dilated and baby was high up.. I was monitored for 1 day before they put me on the meds...after a day on that I still was not dilating and baby's heart rate was not accelerating like it should so they decided instead of waiting for it to be an emergency they wanted to do a c section soon. an hour later I had my baby girl...I was scared to have a c-section because I have never had surgery before...but it wasn't bad and was very quick...after they started she was out in minutes...took longer to prep me.

I think my doctor feels bad for me cause I'm so miserable!! He's been checking me since 38 weeks and no dilation. I'm 40 weeks and 2 days today. What about you? @agrace2015

ugh! my Dr won't induce me till Monday morning since I'm only a fingertip dilated..

I want to hear their stories also. I'm getting induced tomorrow at 5:30am. Only difference between me and you is that last Tuesday I was a cm dilated already.
