how long does anyone's 1 month old sleep during the day. lately mine has been taking 10 minute power naps and then will fight sleeping all together and she gets so cranky because she is so tired. any suggestions on what to do

I swaddle my son, give him a small bottles & rock him, then lay him down and play that video and he calms down and sleeps.
