contactions 4-5 mins apart.. at what point should i go to l&d?

i think the rule is if they're five minutes apart

You can always call and ask! I would! That way you don't show up just to get immediately turned away. :)

If they are 3 to 4 mins apart and having more than 4 in a hour is what I was told

I also was told to take two Tylenol and drink two large glasses of water and if they still did not stop after that and laying on my left side then come up there

If it's real labor contraction they will not stop trust me !!!! It get more intense
