you could be anemic. that's what happened to me. my heart would race out of nowhere & I would be tired for no reason.

happens to me a lot with this pregnancy and more when I'm anemic

@junebaby, @erikaandelijah how do you know if you're anemic? because this has been happening to me since I got pregnant :(

the doctor will do a blood test. but if it's making you uncomfortable tell your doctor right away. @ngujen tell her your symptoms. in the mean time eat a lot of spinach & anything with lots of iron :) 👌

@pittsbrgrl829, the doctor will prescribe you folic & iron pills to take throughout your pregnancy.

@erikaandelijah, it doesn't happen all the time, just randomly sometimes :o they've taken my blood so many times though, wouldn't they have noticed?

@ngujen, no bc they test you for anemia between your 24th & 27th week. & when they do the bloodwork they do it for certain things or else they would've taken a lot of blood to test for everything

@ngujen, In the beginning, you might not show any signs at all. As it worsens, you might feelfatigue, weakness, dizziness, chest pain or irritability. You might notice your skin looking pale, a rapid or irregular heartbeat, or numb or cold hands and feet.
