what are Braxton hicks? I see people talking about them and just curious what they are.

false contractions. you'll feel your entire belly get hard and it'll last for several seconds. then it'll relax. I get them a lot if I don't drink enough water.

you may feel it tighten in your back too and come around to the front

I'm not really sure. It's the first time I've had them. I've seen a few other posts start early 20's weeks tho
