Ladies, have y'all been eating lunch meat? I've heard it's a no-no unless you heat/toast the sandwich. I just want a turkey sub from subway and I can't stand a hot or toasted sub 😭😭😭😭

I think the hardest part of this diet is not being able to eat ceral or toast 😦 I just want some cinnamon toast crunch and a piece of toast with jelly 🙁
