33weeks and 4days. My back pain is the worst !! hot bath only makes me more stiff and in pain I was prescribed muscle relaxer that don't do anything but put me to sleep lol does anyone have some tricks to remove some of this lower back pain and pressure?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm gunna take a nice long bubble bath with some Lavender for my pain and some Clary Sage to hopefully get my labor started. since my doctor doesn't wanna call me back when I'm in pain and wanted her advice.
