what can I do or think to get out my mind had a miscarriage before cramping and bleeding figure no blood I'm good but not the case

@mommytobe-, Im sorry you had a miscarriage, I know how it feels, I had one a couple years ago. While I was waiting to hear back from the MD if my levels were going down, I just prayed to god and left it up to him. I know it's hard to hear when you want a child so bad but what else can you do but leave it in gods hands? Take it easy and try to relax, try to aleviate your anxiety, not good for the pregnancy. pamper yourself :)
