Don't even stress what people say. My mom had me at 19 going on 20. single parent ans I wouldn't trade her in the world for anything. You seem like you got the right mindset so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Well said and you will be a great mommy never let what others think get to you and I had my first born son got pregnant when I was 19 had him when I was 20 and did it by myself trust me he still don't have his dad but he good and always have been you are doing what you suppose to do so let others talk that's what they do

I see no problem.... my opinion though, its a problem when girls have them underneath 18.

I see no problem with that either ... as long as you take care or your child , it shouldn't matter .. I know people that are 25 and older that are horrible parents ! and I've seen mothers who were 15 GREAT PARENTS !!! age don't matter @momma_beffers

@lexuselliott, exactly ! I know someone who is 23 and has 3 kids. One was taken away and the other two she keeps send king away to family members so she doesn't have to deal with them. She doesnr call to check on them or anything.

💯 had my first at 18 , I'm sure ppl talked shit but I was too focused on becoming a mom to pay attention or care. I went on to get a great career my almost 13 yr old is an honor student just had my second because having a baby at 18 is no joke I was a single mom. You will make mistakes but you will grow your baby will motivate you. It's not easy but it's achievable , you can still have a life and hang out sometimes if you choose. So don't let ppl opinions bother you they don't and won't live your life. If not for my dtr I think I would be a little more spoiled because I'm my mothers only living child. But I'm independent I wanted my own for my baby because my mom worked hard for me I wanted to do the same. Good luck !!

with my first son I got pregnant at 18 had him at 19 and I wouldn't change it for the world I was living on my own working and all you can do it age does not determine what kind of mother you will be I know people in there 20-30 that are bad parents abd I know people in their teens that are great parents you will be a great mom

@momma_beffers, I did. I had a job. only thing my mom did was let me stay at her house. being that no one would let me get an apartment at 16.

I bought everything for my daughter beside the gifts my mom would buy and w.e I got for my baby shower.
