After being here a year and loving it, just signed my new lease for another year I've now had 4 issues. My car was egged by ppl who were throwing eggs at their friend , my new neighbors above stomp all night, it looks like someone tried to steal my side mirror , now someone threw meat over their balcony and it landed on mine! I'm not about to start paying $1750 to have to deal with this stuff. And they put in a security gate but it's not electric so if someone comes to visit I have to get up n go let them in for this to be a" luxury" apt that's not very luxurious smh -Annoyed
