I keep forgetting to take my prenatals!! dont realize till the next will I be ok???

I double up the next day when I realize I forgot. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. That's what my doctor tells me to do.

No nothing going to happen just when you remember take it like you normally would

@sophiesmom7, your doctor really told you to do that? I was told not to ever double up, just to take it the next day

im afraid the less folic intake will cause birth defects

set an alarm as a reminder

I don't take mine but every once in a while and My soon is perfectly healthy

I will probably get grief for it but all prenatals made me sick so I didn't take any my whole pregnancy and my baby girl was perfectly healthy. so forgetting one is no big deal.

I'm horrible at taking them.. I'm always forgetting.. I did with my last pregnancy too.. And she was more than healthy..
