does anyone else have this?

I have that too you have to put the water inside the warmer after you measure it in the measuring cup

that's what I did, but the light won't stay on & it won't heat up the bottle :( @babyethansmommy

how do you use it?

you basically measure the amount of water per ounce of milk like a 4 ounce bottle you fill the little measuring cup to E pour it inside the warmer place the bottle put the little ring over it and pull the lever down the light should torn orange and start heating up

so you pour the water that you measured inside where the bottle would be correct? @babyethansmommy
