is it nessesary to buy babies shoes?... i have a few sock like booties but like tennis shoes or flats or.ones with soles on it.. are those nessesary or just to look cute?

I have a couple pairs just to look cute and she usually kicks them off within minutes anyways lol. they don't really need shoes until they start to walk.
