I have a question for some of you who are already mommies! When you lost your mucus plug (if you did), what color/consistency was it? I'm having a hard time figuring out if I just did or not and need experienced answers!

I've had nurses tell me it can vary in color but I don't remember if they ever told me it could be clear or not...it's amazing the things you forget as you get closer to delivery!

mine looked like mucusc, but had blood in it. Red but look pink.

I should also mention it's going to be near impossible for me to tell since I've bled every day since the beginning of my pregnancy because of a blood clot I have.

sometimes blood isnt in your mucus plug , mine literally looked like snot , it took a week or 2 for it to come out , but it should come out in chunks if you dont loose it all at once
