So my aunt bought me the was it trainer online. I've stopped using it because I ran out the gel and it's expensive but boy did it work. It even help get raid of my stretch marker. Maybe you guys can ask a family member to get it as a baby shower present. It's from yourcloset1 after I get baby girls grave stone I think I might invest in it to see if it keeps helping. Thought I share with you guys since I've seen some mom comment on there pp bodies.

how long were the photos in between?

The first one was 4 days of using it the second one was after 8 weeks. And I only wore it m-f for 8 hours.

How many times did you apply it a day and how long did the bottle last you?

You apply the gel once before you put the trainer on and I wore for 8-11 hours. My bottle lasted almost 3 months. It depends on how much you feel needs to be applied. When you put the gel your skin turns red but that means it's working.

Awesome, thanks, I'm definitely gonna ask someone to gift me the gel. I already have 2 waist trainers I wore before getting pregnant, hopefully they still fit after I have the baby. Lol, wishful thinking.
