Have you noticed that you can feel your baby better before your morning bm? Last night I was sure I felt a little soreness and a bit of a lump where the doc found a heartbeat at my last appointment. This morning I was a lot more sore in that spot, and right before I went to the bathroom, I looked down and sure enough, there was a visible lump there. Not huge, but definitely there. After the bathroom the lump was gone and the aching is much less. Could it be that the little twinge I occasionally feel in that area could be baby moving around? I know my uterus is stretching, too. Just wishful thinking :)
