I drink a lot of fruit smoothies with kale spinach all kind of fruit also drink mother's milk tea but the thing about the tea is you have to stay drinking it if you so it'll decrease your supply but I drink tones of water too I also try to pump every 2 hours that way my supply keeps building up @mmmirage

In 10 min, 4oz. Just enough for his feeding. But he's been up since last night and JUsT fell asleep so I'm dying of sleep and have no energy to even punp for a min so im gna finally sleep with him and end up giving him formula when he wakes up crying :/

awww it's OK I was the same way with ethan for about a month straight then I finally started pumping more and he started sleeping more trust be by the time he's 3-4 months he will be eating more and sleeping more which will give you more time to sleep and also pump I usually feed him at 9:30-10 at night then he will sleep until 6-7 am and I'll pump first thing in the am after I feed him or I'll pump first then feed @mmmirage

@Babyethansmommy, Question I'm gonna try breastfeeding for the first time this is my 4th baby & never breastfed my other kids and I have no idea how to even start breast feeding I only want to breast feed for a month then pump and feed him through bottle can I do that?! Or do I have to continue breast feeding for awhile before I even think of pumping, I'm so confused😔

you can totally do that, umm give yourself about 6 weeks breast feeding only to build your supply then you can start pumping with your pump unless you get your milk right away byt I would say breastfeed 6 weeks you can also pump in between feedings that will also build your supply and stored what you pump even if its only 2 oz @soniaw.

That's awesome that's about how mine looks too lol. I am sometimes nursin but I've already been pumping and bottle feeding. But I go hard on the mothers milk tea lol it works wonders. I love it.
